You got 388 marks in the NEET exam and you belong to the OBC category.
Yes, you have qualified for NEET because the minimum qualifying marks for OBC category is around 113 to 143. So, you are eligible to take part in NEET counselling.
But for getting a seat in a government medical college through All India Quota, the cutoff is usually much higher. For OBC category, students usually need at least 590 marks or more to get a government medical seat under All India Quota.
So with 388 marks, it is very difficult to get a seat in any government medical college through the All India Quota. Even in state quota, most government colleges need around 530 to 570 marks or more for OBC category.
You can still take part in counselling, but the chances are very low for government medical colleges. You may get a seat in a private or deemed university if you are open to that option.
