Hello Aspirant,
The cut off rank for jee main 2020 in general category is 90.3765335
And as you mentioned your percentile, it has not crossed the cutoff. So you'll not get chance in counselling.
And you'll never get government colleges with this percentile/rank.
You might get some private colleges.
