You need to have your previous year class Marksheet, for getting admitted in any new institution. It's good that you have identity proof but a relevant academic certificate is very important.

Please specify you want admission in a school or college.

For college you need to

1. Fill application form
2. Passport size photographs
3. Marksheet of 10th and 12th
4. Proof of dob
5. Migration certificate
6. Character certificate

For school admission you need

1. Birth certificate
2. Proof of residence
3. Adhaar Card
4. Child’s recent passport size photo.
5. Father’s/ Guardian’s recent passport size photo
6. Mother’s/ Guardian’s recent passport size photo
7. Family Photo
8. Medical certificate
