If you have mistakenly attached any document rather than the class 10th certificate, then there must be any discrepancy raised at the time of verification, there is always an edit choice option or the correctional window to edit your updated documents, keep yourself updated with the opening of the correctional window notification, and from the next time be sure before you enter any document.

You will be notified by NTA if there are any discrepancies in the documents uploaded in NEET UG application form. To check if NTA has notified you to change the uploaded images please login regularly in the candidate login portal from time to time and make the necessary changes within the given time. If you didn't get any notice please wait until the correction window is opened by NTA. As of now the date is not yet announced so please keep an eye on updates. Once the correction facility is available upload the correct documents before the correction period ends and submit the application form.
