After reporting in college(submitting all the certificates and doccuments) the you have no chance to appear in second counselling

Hey Nilesh you can attend the further rounds of counseling even after self reporting. But you just need to choose better colleges or your preferred colleges . If you get seat in second or third phase you'll loose first phase seat.

Yes Nilesh you can attend even after getting seat and paying fee . But you need to select only best colleges , if you get  seat in 2nd phase your 1st phase seat will gets cancel.

NO..after self reporting u cannot apply for 2nd counselling...
