Hey,

Unfortunately, No. According to the eligibility criteria, the candidate must have completed 10+2 from a recognised board with 50% score for general category. Also, they have stated that a person who has completed 12th or graduation/post graduation from open education system is not eligible for the exams. Since, NIOS is an open schooling system, you aren't eligible.
