Scribe is a some person who transcribes the answers for a student in university exams . The student may be unable to write or have difficulty in producing clear text or diagrams for many different reasons. A scribe should be able to write legibly and at a reasonable speed.

The PwD candidates who desire to avail the services of scribe need to opt for the same during the online registration of JEE Mains and The requisition, along with a copy of the PwD certificate or a copy of the certificate of Dyslexic candidate must be uploaded at the time of online registration for JEE Mains.
