Hope you're doing well so as per your query if your not alloted any seat in first round don't worry Thier is a chance if getting seat in the second round so you need not to register once again for second round the first round will carry same options but you can change the options in the first round itself

If you had registered for 1st round of counselling and didn't get seat and you want to participate in 3nd round then you don't need to register again for it , you can simply fill choice filling form.
Eligible candidates will be able to register till July 13 for 2nd round . Payment for the second round can be done till July 13 up to 12 Noon. Candidates who had registered for the first round of counselling are not required to register again. The result of the second round of NEET counselling 2019 will be declared in online mode on July 18.
