Hello Anandhu, as you must be aware of cut-off hike this year due to easy question paper and seats were not increased that much rank vs marks ratio fell exponentially and it is expected that the cut- off for NEET 2019 may be between 575-580. With such a huge cut-off it will be very difficult for you to get a  government college or any good private college. Sorry dear but with 267 marks and that too in unreserved category you have absolutely no chance of getting a MBBS or BDS seat in any government college in any state across India. Either you can opt for a private college under management qouta or you should try next year.
