You don't need to worry at all dear as you will be eligible for taking admission in a college for BA.

This is because,

Although you have failed in your chemistry examination but you are over all passed in your 12th board examination and

the basic eligibility criteria for taking admission in BA is that you should be  12th passed and you fulfill this criteria and thus are eligible for taking admission in college for BA.
