Hello Rohit,

Yes you can take up software engineer even if you are from commerce stream. Software is a big global industry attracting talents. Commerce education is helpful to be a software expert in a BFSI domain. You can start by learning coding.I hope this is helpful for you.

Hello,
There are various private and Government institutes which can train you for a software engineering career. These are CMC, C-DAC, IBM, NIIT, Aptech, DOEACC, NCST. Doing a course from any of these reputed institutes will enhance your skill sets in accordance with the needs of the software industry and will thus be useful.

Dear Student,

Sorry, but Bachelor in Software Engineering is a 4 year undergraduate degree course in which candidate must have passed in 10+2 in Science stream stream only.
