CBSC conduct jee main and advance every year.and can try 3 consecutive times and require 65%minimum for SC/ST/OBC.So you are Eligible.

Yes you will able to appear in JEE mains and advance in 2020. A students need to score atleast 75% marks in CBSE board and there are different criteria for other states board examination. In Bihar board you need to score atleast 60% marks for appear in JEE mains and advance.

If you have got 67% then you are eligible for JEE main and advance.
