Dear Rohit

Rohit till now the official cuttoff has not been released for various categories by the NTA officials inorder to enter in the NIT premises. The cuttoff for the various categories with having AIR in their score card will going to be release at the end of the April month i.e after the completion of the JEE mains April session. Since as you said you have 78 percentile in JEE mains that's better but as per the analysis made by the experts if a person having the percentile approx to 85 then he/she have the better chances for qualifying the JEE mains entrance exam , but anyways hope for the best.

All the best
