Aa you have secured 145000 CRL rank in JEE mains 2020 from obc category, then with this much rank in JEE mains the chances are negligible for you to get seat in NITs or any iiits in both csab special round counseling.

As you belong from andhra pradesh, then also by applying home state quota, there is no chance of getting any branch nit andhra pradesh with this much crl rank from obc category, in csab special round counselling.

But you can get branches in some gftis like mizoram university, gurkula kangri vishwavidyalaya, Ghani Khan Choudhury Institute of Engineering & Technology, Sant Longowal Institute of Engineering and Technology in csab special round counseling. Also you can get other gftis in csab.

But with this much crl rank you will not get any nits or iiits.
