I can give you a good ideA on the basis of rank in state level quota of haryana .Last year the last rank to get a MBBS college government seat in the category bc -A was 19,713 where as in category bc -B the last rank wAs 9559 .

According to previous years cut off you have chance of getting into government medical college .Although the cut off if neet 2019 will be increased,you being in obc quota will definately have chances for MBBS in government medical college. 

The last year cut off was 486 marks for general category through state quota and for obc it would be little more less.So ALL THE BEST FOR YOUR COUNSELLING!!

As you know admission to government medical colleges is based on NEET marks is done under two categories-All India quota(15%) and state quota(85%).
