As you have competed your ITI in MMV, if you aspire to get a job in Microsoft then you'll have to pursue a diploma course in engineering like Diploma in Computer Science and Engineering etc. from a recognized institute.

You cannot directly apply for a job in Microsoft. You should also have 70% marks in Class 10th and Class 12th/ its equivalent.

You need to have very good skills in areas like Software Development, C, C++, Algorithms, Python,  SQL,  Javascript, C#, Java.
