As you've mentioned that you've achieved 84.5 percentile in JEE Mains January 2020.

According to your percentile your rank would vary around 1,34,600-1,34,700. And now assuming you're a general candidate. This rank won't work in getting a well known government college.

Even if you're able to get into a government University then you'll be compromising for your desired branch as this rank won't provide you with most demanded branches.
