As per your rank mentioned in jee mains 2019 it is difficult to get CSE in top NIT. Generally in order to get NIT with CSE branch the minimum percentile is 99 above and rank required should be below 1200 for top NIT respectively.

Sorry but you can't get CSE in any of the NIT OR IIIT. It's almost impossible to get cse at such a rank.  But there are still some options.

If you want CSE you can opt for private colleges lije Jaypee Noida it is a good college and takes admission on basis of jee mains score.
