sir,I missed out 1st counselling,what is next step,should I wait for next year,again I need to write lawcet.

You can participate for second roujd counselling if you missed first round counselling for whatsoever reasons. 

Since student who have participated in 1st round willnot be eligible for 2nd round so you can hav egood chances of conversion  

Noneedto rewrite exam again next yeae.
