You have to get a domicile for JCECE as it is conducted by Jharkand board and is a state level examination. So you should be a Permanent/Local resident of Jharkhand. In my opinion you should fill the form because today is the last date and then you can figure something out for domicile if it is possible. For more connect with Careers360. Good Luck.
