CAT requires a score og 98+ to get into baby IIM or Newer ONes.

Since, your academic record is not so good, I would suggest to have above 98-99 percenrtie to get a confirmed seat in IIM, as then overall score is calculated on GD-PI AND ACADS and CAT Score

• CAT cutoff for old IIMs and top B-schools such as FMS (University of Delhi), MDI Gurgaon, SPJIMR Mumbai, etc. goes over 99 percentile.
• New IIMs including IIM Sambalpur, IIM Ranchi, Raipur, Rohtak, Udaipur, Trichy and Kashipur and other top B-schools have cutoff 90 percentile and above.

Every IIMs admission policy is different from other.they releas new policy every year for their admission . In the top six IIMs, minimum cutoff is usually 95 , not less than that . But for newer IIMs, the minimum cutoff could be 85.
