In class 12th board examination all the questions in physics chemistry would be related to your course. No question would come out of your course unit. For ease you might use some help book such as

For physics- SL Arora

For Chemistry- Comprehensive

It would be great if you have a through knowledge of your chemistry NCERT for your board examination
