Dear student,

To get seat in Government Colleges in Chennai or Bangalore you should have qualified in State Level Entrance Exam or JEE Mains exam. You should get good score in the entrance exam to get Computer Science Engineering branch. Because it has high demand in the same way required best rank to get seat that too in Government Colleges.
