Hello!
To qualify for admission in various colleges via JEE ADVANCED you need have 75% aggregate or combined 75% in all the subjects and not only In P,C or M.
However there is not only 75% criteria, of the top 20 percentile score of your board is less than 75% than the top 20percentile can also be taken as the new score to consider for admissions.

Dear aspirant, no the minimum requirement for appearing in JEE ADVANCED is the aggregate of all your 5 subjects you have opted for your 12th board. It's not necessary to score 75% of marks in all individual subjects it is the aggregate of all 5 subjects.
