The first 3 rounds you mentioned are the same normal rounds in which the seats are filled for the college according to the category wise rank and the common rank. Then there are Mop-Up rounds in which all the unfilled seats are transferred to All India Quota and the main priority of the colleges is to minimize the number of unfilled seats.
