Sorry to say your rank is way to high to get you into any government colleges under CEE even you belong to St category then also you will be unable to make it into any government colleges. As ASTU have released the merit list and according to these you have very little chances to get a college. You can go for private colleges, some colleges accepts CEE rank for admission. Hope these will help you regarding any query feel free to ask in comment section.
