Hii Waquar,

Assam CEE is a state level common entrance exam to pursue under graduation degree.The basic eligibility criteria gor the exam is the candidate must be a citizen of India and permanent resident of Assam.It is compulsory to spend minimum 20 years in the Assam state.There is an exemption for the candidates whose parents working in All India Services in Assam state.There are few exemptions but you should be a resident of Assam state atleast for some years.If you are from outside Assam then there is no chance at all.
