You didn't mention whether you belong to st plain or st hill.
Last year 297 marks fetched a seat in Assam Medical College, Dibrugarh under state quota for st (plain) whereas 232 marks fetched a seat under state quota for st (hill) in the same college.
So if you are from st hill category,  you have chance to get a seat in Assam Medical College, Dibrugarh otherwise you can't get a seat in Assam Medical College, Dibrugarh.
