Hi,The photograph and signature have fixed dimensions too apart from file size. Height of the image for Signature should be 1.5 cm and 3.5 cm. what I suggest you do is check whether the image uploaded is complete or cropped. Use the upload button and check. If it is, then it is fine else it should be uploaded again. Take a screen shot and mail nata2018helpdesk@gmail.com. Or call them at 1800 266 6282 to ask them. They are responding most of the times.
