First of all , u need to make whether u r really interested in your core courses.If yes,then u can opt for GATE preparations and do M.Tech. and if u r genuinely interested in certain stream,u can start preparing for GRE,TOEFL,etc and other foreign colleges admission but it really matters on your financial condition too.No dount,u may get scholarship,but it still is not affordable for everyone.

Otherwise,for MBA look for finance courses like principles of econmics,fundamentals of finance and accounting ,etc, and then make a call.If u like it and want to see yourself down th line as financial manager,HR manager,accounts manager,etc,then definitely opt for MBA.

1. If you want some government job just after completion of your B.E then you can go placement or GATE.

• You need really good score in GATE to get jobs in Maharatna and navratna companies.
• 2.If you are interested in management course or you want to be financial manager,hotel manger ,HR manager , account manager etc in different companies then you can opt MBA.
• 3. If you are interested in research oriented course for your higher education then you can choose M.S

It completely depends on you where you want your career.You want to work in MNCs or Maharatna or You want to study like MBA or MS.
A lots of factors depends like what is your financial condition or you want to study further or not etc.
