Hello, there are no such colleges to crack NEET. But there are many private coaching classes which give  training for NEET. Hardwork is necessary to crack any competitive test but proper training and proper knowledge of the difficulty level of the exam and the level of competition in cracking the exam is very important. I would suggest you to join a coaching class which has knowledgeable as well as experienced teachers who know the various aspects of NEET and therefore, train you accordingly.

there is no college which give lessons for crack neet. there are some good coaxhing institutions which has 1 or 2 year class room programme for neet. so I can suggest you to join aakash institution as every year a big number of candidates from aakash crack neet.
it has good faculty and mock test series
but remember you need to study hard and keep yourself motivated for any competitive exam to crack.
