Hi Niranjan,
Hope you are doing well. Sorry to inform you that if you score below 75% in 12th boards, you are not eligible for participating in any of the rounds of seat allotment. For SC/ST candidates the minimum marks in 12th boards is 65%. Though you score any rank in JEE Mains but if you fail to clear this passing marks or the eligibility criteria, you cannot participate in JoSAA seat allotment. I hope you got the point after reading this answer.
