Since you haven't mentioned the exam I am assuming that you are talking about admissions to undergraduate courses in IITs through JEE Advanced. If so, then you will definitely get one of the IITs on the basis of your category rank. Though one thing is that in old IITs you might have to compromise with your branch as you won't be able to get the top most branches.
