As cut-offs depends on many factors and they vary accordingly that's why cut-offs changes from year to year.

Based on previous year's cut-offs it is difficult for you to get Government Colleges for your NEET UG score.

You can try for seat in Private Colleges or can go for Management quota seats in good Colleges.
