As you belongs to SC,Also your rank is quite good enough to get an NIT.As minimum rank required to get admission in an NIT is under 1 lakh.So with this you are definitely eligible to get any of the NIT.

Dear we are not that much sure about you get it old NITs but you may get some new NITs but might be you have to compromise with the branch but you can get NIT because you have a decent rank in SC category that helps to get NIT seat. Visit new nit cutoff you get an idea which branch you will get.
