GATE 2019:

          The GATE exam was organised by IIT Madras this year. The exams were held on February 2,3,9 and 10 2019. The results and qualifying cut offs were released on March 15 2019.             The qualifying score for EC this year is 24 for OBC-NCL. Refer this link for more details about the cut offs - https://engineering.careers360.com/articles/gate-cutoff .  Congrats, you are now eligible for seats into IITs and NITs. Getting top IITs and NITs is tough but you have decent chance for getting the lower ranked IITs and NITs. You have a very good chance of getting M.Tech. in state engineering colleges. You have a good chance in IIT Kanpur, IIT Guwahati and IIT roorkee.

At the rank of 3295, the chances of getting a good IIT are not very bright, although at many places you may find as per GATE  previouus year cutoff , you can get IIT Patna or some of new IIITs like IIIT Guwahati, Lucknow, Bhubneshwar, Bhopal etc at this score.

You also have a fair mount of chance in getting into one of the NITs.Also ,you can apply in IISc.
