First of all you must fill the form for REAP (i.e. Rajasthan Engineering Admission Process). In this process your merit will be calculated on the basis of your 10+2 percentage and jee mains marks.

Since not many students apply for REAP therefore its merit has got nothing to do with the AIR or jee percentile. The main thing is your jee marks, because not many students fill the REAP therefore they make their own merit and allot colleges to students on the basis of their merit in REAP. So the college you get not only depends on your marks but also the number of students registering for REAP and their marks.

As per my opinion since you have a 92.9 percentile your score might have been 150+ and observing the trends of last few years students with nearly 140 marks can easily get admission into MBM Jodhpur. But again it will depend on the merit lists of REAP.

If we look at the previous year cutoff then minimum marks that are required in jee mains are 140(for cse it will be 140+). So if you have this much score you can go for counselling.
