Hi Satya,
The AP ICET councelling 2019 will begin in the first week of August, 2019.

AP ICET Counselling Certificate Verification will starts from 5 August,2019 to 9 August, 2019.
Provisional Seats Allotment in AP ICET Counselling 2019 will starts from 7 August to 12 August,2019.

The dates for the 2nd round councelling for the AP ICET is not officially announced yet.
The Fees for the AP ICET councelling is Rs. 600 [SC/ST] and Rs. 1200 for other.

Till now there is no official announcement regarding the AP ICET Counselling dates. It will be soon announced in the official website.Tentatively the counselling will start in the first or second week of August.
