There isn't much you can do here. You can download and print e adhaar card, that is the best option for you otherwise take all your id proof (12th admit card) and their copy to the center. I don't want to get your hopes high, if they accept any of the copy then that is your good luck otherwise you won't be able to take NEET this year.
