NIT admission depends on your state (home state quota), category and JEE Main rank & cut off rank will vary for all the NITs.

If you belong to general category and want to get NIT then you should score more than 130 marks in JEE Main.
To get top NITs like Warangal, Trichi, Surathgal, Calicut Etc. then you should try to score more than 220 marks in JEE Main.
