Hello aspirant!  Let me to inform you that according to the previous notices released by the Ap board the counselling for non gate candidates was supposed to be held from last week of July. But till now it has not begun. And they have not even released any official date as to when it shall begin. Most probably it could begin from the mid of August. Till then keep a check on official website.
