As per the notice issued on their website all the applicants who have appeared for the entrance exam  can download their individual rank letter/result of JIPMER 2019 from the official website of JIPMER (www.jipmer.edu.in) from 12/06/2019 (Wednesday) from 11AM onwards and there will be no individual communication sent to any candidates. 

Kindly regularly visit the official website of JIPMER for more updates.
