Advanced Engineering Mathematics by Erwin Kreyzig is one of the finest books for the preparation of GATE irrespective of your branch. This book will help you sort out your weakness and strength and regular practice of this would help you score good in your GATE examination.

Apart from it, I would also recommend you to go for Engineering Maths by Kreatryx.
