Don't worry. They will send you the mail. If still it doesn't come, mail the aiims officials regarding the same, providing your details . They will surely help you out..

I finished all the steps and submitted the form also. It turned yellow in all circles. But I didn't get acknowledge mail from my registered mail..They said my mail ID is rwgistered 2 days ago..
