Yes there are chances so get there respective mail id and registreer the case or complaint may be it helps.

Hi Sayama. The scenario you are relating here doesn't show signs of your form being rejected. But make sure you go through the form filling policies of the institute the form is concerned.

So mi form won't get rejected......
Not until any redudancies are unacceptable to them, so make sure you go through their policies and contact the authorities regardin the same.
