Yes, you can appear for improvement exams again in 2026 if your 2025 scores still do not meet the 75% eligibility requirement for JEE. However, JEE eligibility rules state that candidates can attempt JEE Main in the year they pass Class 12 and the following two years. If you passed in 2024, your last eligible attempt would be in 2026.
