Hello student when sodium nitrate is heated above the temperature of 800 degree Celsius it breaks down into sodium oxide, nitrogen gas and oxygen n gas. 4 moles of sodium nitrate on heating above 800 degree Celsius gives 2 sodium oxide and 2 moles of nitrogen gas and 5 moles of oxygen gas.
