Though it depends from person to person, I would suggest:

Solid state, Surface Chemistry, Solutions are easy to learn or memorize.
Mole Concept, Chemical Kinetics, Equilibrium are easy at concept.

Hello, no one can say how many questions will come from each chapter. On an average there will be 1 question and it might be 0 also.
Study chapter and practice as much as you can. Don't try to cover all as you can't do it know.
Some of the topics:-

Gaseous and liquid state
chemical equilibrium
electrochemistry
solutions

These are some important topics. You can study them as these are somewhat easy to grab and understand. Practice numericals too.
