Hi Esha. To become a sonologist (radiologist), one must have a MBBS degree and then MD in Radiology after giving NEET UG and NEET PG respectively. You can also go for BSc in Radiology after class 12 which is a 3 year course. Candidates who opt for this course become a radiographer or a technician who helps the radiologist to operate the machines. Hope you have understood the difference and your query is now answered. Good luck!
