Congratulations on getting a decent rank. But, this rank will not be enough to get a CS or IT in the top colleges in Bangalore. However, you have good chances of getting ECE and EEE in the top colleges.

Hope you are doing well. Sorry to inform you that this rank is not sufficient to get a seat in CSE or IT in top engineering colleges in Bangalore through COMED-K. If you want to get a seat in top colleges, your ranking should be at least below 10,000. For this rank, you may get a good or average or ordinary colleges for CSE or IT in Bangalore, but you cannot expect top colleges. I hope you got the point after reading this answer.
